Meet Chris Fraser…

Chris Fraser is the Co-founder of the Compassionate Mind Collaborative and the owner of Positive Path Counseling based in Dublin, Ohio. He is also the author of

Freedom: How Teens Can Use Mindful Compassion to Thrive in a Chaotic World and Grow a Purpose-driven Life.

Since 1996, he has served a variety of individual clients, couples, and families in both public and private settings. Chris has a passion for and an expertise in helping children, teens, and adults develop compassionate mind skills and how to use these skills to be the best versions of themselves.

Chris has over 20 years of experience and training in…

family therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). He works primarily from an authentic pairing of CFT and ACT. Chris has been very fortunate to have trained with the creators of these therapeutic approaches and speaks on these topics locally, nationally, and internationally.

Chris loves the outdoors. He feels most at home running on wooded nature trails, swimming, downhill skiing, listening to music, dancing around the house with his wife, Heather, reading, traveling, and meeting amazing new people.

We are all children of the earth that just showed up here — small little ones needing warmth, safety, and love. So let’s hold each other close knowing we all just want to be loved and seen. Put down the inner critic’s pen that writes the lists of what’s not right with you. Befriend yourself and pick up compassion. A much better life awaits if you do. Start right now with a slow breath and a smile for that beautiful manifestation of life we call YOU!”
