What if we concentrated on being the people we want to be, on living our lives in line with our heart’s deepest intentions, and let the rest fall away? What if we responded to ourselves, the way we respond to a loved one when they come to us hurting? What if we looked at every stranger and remembered that they and us, that WE, share common humanity? I want to spend my life answering these questions. I hope you’ll join me! “
~ Racheli Miller, Ph.D.

Racheli is passionate about helping clients reclaim their lives from shame, perfectionism, and self-criticism and create lives of freedom and meaning.
